Information on Amendments and MROSC
The Brazilian Network for Certification, Research and Innovation (RBCIP), since its foundation, has adopted clear transparency policies, especially following Article 27-A of Law 13243/2016, the Legal Framework for Innovation, and Article 11 of Law 13019/2014, the Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations. Recently, the Supreme Federal Court (STF) demanded new information on transfers linked to parliamentary amendments – RBCIP promptly complied.
